The VACATION INN MOTEL is pleased to announce a PACKAGE DEAL that allows our customers to STAY at the VACATION INN MOTEL and ENJOY ALL DAY with UNLIMITED RIDES at SNO COVE WATERPARK!
Families of 2 pay $109.00
Families of 3 pay $129.00
Families of 4 pay $149.00
This DEAL is valid during the 2010 season which runs from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. SNO COVE WATERPARK is open from 10 AM to 7 PM. The rate is a per day per family deal. Children under age 2 are free, all others need voucher/ tickets. So “Families of 2” means your family needs 2 vouchers/tickets to get in and 2 vouchers are included. This rate is good for 1 room at The VACATION INN MOTEL.
The DEAL is simple. STAY & PAY the rate listed above at the VACATION INN MOTEL & receive a night’s stay and ticket vouchers to redeem for tickets for that day at SNO COVE WATERPARK you want. Upon arrival at SNO COVE WATERPARK, you hand the vouchers over for tickets and enjoy your day there. Please understand that if you want to ride the ZIPRIDER that day, there is an extra charge and this must be paid when redeeming the vouchers for tickets at SNO COVE WATERPARK. Vouchers are not returnable to the VACATION INN MOTEL, once bought, for any reason. There is no date on vouchers and vouchers may be redeemed anytime during the season at SNO COVE WATERPARK . Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash .

SNO COVE WATERPARK is at EXIT 182 on I-81. There is also a bonus. If arriving at SNO COVE WATERPARK at 4PM, the ticket/voucher will be good for the following day. So if you get a late start and want to go to SNO COVE WATERPARK on the way to the VACATION INN, just call the VACATION INN 570-679-2100 and we can make arraignments for you to pick up the vouchers/tickets at the WATERPARK, enjoy the rest of the day at the park, stay at the VACATION INN MOTEL overnight, and go back the next day for a full day of fun and rides.

Reservations will have to be made and approved by us in advance with a credit card which may be charged at time of reservation. Taxes are also charged at that time and may not be refundable

Yes it is back again this year, our famous 2 nights for the price of one from mid December when ELK opens through the end of March when ELK MTN. closes.
Stay any two consecutive nights from Sunday Night through Thursday Night and all you have to pay is:
$55.00 + $4.95 sales tax = $ 59.95 for one person.
$70.00 + $6.30 sales tax = $ 76.30 for two people or a couple.
$80.00 + $7.20 sales tax = $87.20 for families of 3 or 4
Depending on the price of fuel going up, I will try to keep prices the same for this upcoming ski season 2010/11, but may be forced to raise them a buck or two if oil & gas prices go beserk again.
Our Motel is Non-Smoking because of the new Commonwealth laws.
These are the weekend rates for one night.
The same people must stay the 2 nights.
This is good also if you want to stay for 4 consecutive nights. Pay for 2 nights, stay for 4. Check with us during February to see if this- 4 nights for 2- is still in effect.
NOT GOOD on Sunday nights during 3 Day Holiday weekends such as Martin Luther King’s, or Presidents’ or around Christmas/ New Year weekends/weeks. If you have questions, please call.
You don’t have to be a skier or snowmobiler to qualify for this. Use this as a 2 DAY VACATION from whatever you are suffering CABIN FEVER from or if you need a ROMANTIC GETAWAY!

If staying only one night, then the regular during the week rates apply: $59.95 for 1 person. $70.85 for 2 people or a couple, and $81.75 for families.
Regular Rooms have a new Queen Bed, Coffee Maker, Full Cable including 20 Premium Movie Channels and over 100 other channels (with local channels), new Carpets, Drapes, internet.
Family Rooms have a new Queen Bed, 2 new Twin Beds, and a new fold up Twin for up to 4 people in a room and the other amenities listed just above.
DIRECTIONS: Get off I-81 at EXIT 206 and take PA. RT. 374 EAST to Ski at Elk. When LEAVING Elk, make a RIGHT TURN out of the main parking lot to get on PA. RT. 374 EAST (again) and follow it for 5 miles till it ends on PA. RT. 171. Then TAKE RT. 171 NORTH (left turn) for 2 miles to THE VACATION INN.
Reservations may be made by calling 570.679.2100. Sometimes it may be easier to get us in the evening since we may be outside shoveling snow or doing something and either out of portable phone range or the phone having frozen batteries and not working. Our CANCELLATION POLICY is simple. Two days notice is required for cancellation and we reserve the right to charge for either one night or some nominal amount if we feel that conditions are good for skiing and you cancel late and we are unable to rent the room on such short notice especially on weekends and times when we are filled and turning people away. We feel as long as Elk is open, then we will go on the assumption that skiing is OK. Two years ago I did not charge anyone when reservations were made for the races and the races were cancelled due to bad weather because it was out of your control..
When in March there is more leeway in our decisions due to weather concerns. Snowmobilers and Cross Country skiiers should call 570.448.1766 or www.nepsnotrails.org for conditions which I am told are updated regularly..
